A: Remove the “@” from the beginning of the twitter username.

I’m not having any luck with NodeXL Pro > Import > From Twitter user’s network …

First try gives error “The username <xxx> is too long. Twitter usernames can’t be longer than 15 characters.” (Which isn’t true.)

Second try, providing only my own twitter username, which is less than 15 characters, gives error: “Either there are no such users, or they have all protected their accounts.” (Also not true.)

Any suggestions? Thanks.
