ParticipantHi
I’m new user of NodeXL.
I want to search tweets by using date search queies, but I don’t know what is the queries to search tweets uploaded on a specific date.
The search query in the NodeXL tutorial provided is ‘keyword from:2019-02-05 until:2019-02-10’,
but the query used on Twitter is ‘keyword since:2019-02-05 until:2019-02-10’.
Which is a query to search tweets for a specific range?
Additionally, when I used both of the above queries to test, a error message saying ‘There are no people in that network’ appeared. What does it means?I am looking forward to your reply.

KeymasterHello,
The search operators “since: and “until:” only work within the time frame of the past 9-10 days before the date of your query.
Because of the Twitter Public API restrictions, you will not get any tweets beyond this time limit.
We recommend that you check your query in the Twitter search bar and sort by “Latest” to review available data.
If you are looking for historical Twitter data, you need access to a different API which NodeXL does not provide. Here is a good article about that topic: https://gwu-libraries.github.io/sfm-ui/posts/2017-09-14-twitter-data
