Join the NodeXL Social Network Analysis Challenge 2026!

Ready to explore the fascinating world of social network analysis? The NodeXL Social Network Analysis Challenge 2026 invites newcomers, including college and university students, academicians, and non-academicians, from around the globe to take part in an exciting journey of discovery and learning.

With minimal guidance, participants will push themselves to learn independently and gain hands-on experience with NodeXL. We will provide licenses to help you get started, and successful participants can earn additional licenses to continue their exploration.

This challenge is not just about mastering a tool; it’s about building resilience, problem-solving skills, and a foundation for postgraduate-level research. Universities are encouraged to partner with us to support their communities in this global initiative. If universities prefer, they can first host internal intra-university NodeXL challenges for newcomers, creating a supportive environment before connecting participants to the global challenge.

Completing your first dataset analysis is already a big accomplishment, and we celebrate every step of progress. Selected participants will also have the opportunity to present their work at NodeXL seminars, gaining recognition and international exposure.
